We offer exchange or refund to original payment method on unused hair. Hair bundles must be intact (rubber band in place with original labels attached).  No returns or exchanges on wigs or closures. You can return within 5 days after delivery date for refund, store credit, or exchange. We do not offer refund or exchange on used items. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately. If you changed your mind about your purchase before the order is shipped and would like to cancel order, a full refund will be issued to original form of payment. Return Shipping is paid for by buyer. We recommend that you only use a shipping provider with signature confirmation service, and insurance to protect your own hair investment, we cannot be liable for any hair that is not successfully returned by your shipping carrier.  

Before using your new virgin hair, please inspect the hair product(s) thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality expected are as desired. We highly recommend that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundle packages to make sure you are satisfied with the hair product(s).  Please keep in mind virgin hair will come in natural brown or black color and textures might slightly differ.  You have 3 days to contact us if there is an error with your order.  You will receive a return shipping label and your correct order will be shipped to you free of charge.
